Monomorium pharaonis – matured colony

Offer of a mature colony of Pharaoh Ant (Monomorium pharaonis). The photos show the weekly maturation of the colony from budding to obtaining a stand-alone breeding unit.

This colony is too small to fight pests, so it is recommended for people who want to start breeding and observing this species in a fairly simple way.

The photo of the most developed colony shows the ant family we sent.

They require 27’C and a paddock (it does not have to be heated) from plastic containers, the edges of which should be smeared with fluone to prevent ants from escaping.

We provide further breeding details with the ants in the form of an information brochure.

The package contains a certificate confirming the non-detection of pathogenic bacteria in the cultures, including MDR strains

Shipping EXPRESS 24 and EKSPRES 36 is available upon agreement with the buyer. The price includes delivery in less than 24 hours in continental Europe and up to 48 hours in island territories. For EXPRESS 24, delivery can take place by 10:30 AM the next day after dispatch. Meanwhile, EXPRESS 36 guarantees delivery by the end of the following day after dispatch. There is also the STANDARD shipping option, which may take 3 to 4 days. It’s worth noting that the available options differ in terms of price. EXPRESS 24 and EKSPRES 36 are fast delivery services, while STANDARD is a more economical option that takes a bit longer.

Ants are transported in their natural nests, ensuring their peace and safety during the journey. In addition, our packages have been carefully designed to effectively secure these nests and ensure that the ants remain in perfect condition throughout the entire 2 to 3-day travel period with the chosen carrier.
